Lost Software or Serial Number

If you purchased your app from Apple's Mac App Store you will need to launch the App Store app on your Mac, then login with your Apple ID to retrieve your previous purchases. There is no serial number. Please bear in mind that Yummy Software has no control over the App Store whatsoever, so if you have a problem you will need to contact Apple Support directly for assistance.

Purchases prior to March 2016 can recover the serial number using the eSellerate After Sales Support page.

Purchases outside the App Store use the Paddle eCommerce system and can be recovered by using the form below - your order history will be emailed to you.

For all direct purchases, simply re-download the trial version from this web site then activate it using the serial number information recovered from Paddle, eSellerate or us.

If you cannot find your information, please find as much information you can about your missing software/serial so that we may locate your customer record, then contact our support team.
